Southern Highlands is a Public Benevolent Institution which has Deductible
Gift Recipient status. Donations in excess of $2, made to Challenge Southern
Highlands are fully tax deductible. Your
support is appreciated and all
funds raised are applied to the mission of Challenge Southern Highlands.
How can you support Challenge?
Membership
of Challenge Southern Highlands is a simple way in which you can demonstrate
your support for the work we do. As a member of Challenge Southern Highlands
you will have the right to participate in the management of this community
based, incorporated, charitable association. Members also receive regular
newsletters and
invitations to a range of events including movie nights, Garden Parties,
Open Days etc.
Membership of Challenge Southern Highlands means that you have joined the
largest family of caring individuals in the Southern Highlands. Other
ways you can assist Challenge is by:-

Making tax-deductible donations,· Leaving
a bequest,
· By
volunteering your time,· Supporting
Welby Garden Centre,· Supporting
the other business units of the
association.
Challenge
Southern Highlands
also operates a
Fundraising Division to seek financial support
from the community for the work that we do.
The association is a registered charity and has an Authority to
Fundraise for Charitable Purposes (CFN 10487).
The association is also registered with the Australian Taxation
Office as a deductible Gift Recipient SSO/ADVR/GF:0283).
With government funding representing less than 15% of total revenues the
association is dependent on community support of its business activities and
though donations to generate the funds necessary to provide supported
employment and vocational training. The Fundraising Division
employs up to 20 Fundraisers, many of whom have disabilities themselves.The
